I realize this isn’t exactly located in Philadelphia, but it’s only like 15 minutes outside of the North East. If you’re in the area, it is definitely worth the trip. It’s by no means a fancy bar, but that is kind of the charm. It’s a local hangout where for some odd reason it seems most the customers drink Miller Lite and Lager. The reason i say this is odd is because they have 13 tap handles with quality micro-brews running through them. At any given time you can find beers from Founders (my personal favorite brewery), Russian River, Dogfish Head, High and Mighty, etc.. Most of the tap handles change every time a keg kicks, so chances are there will always be something new to try. They also have a nice selection of about 20-30 ever changing bottles. Aside from the beer, they have average, simple bar food and there’s a couple of pool tables and a dart board.
